REFUNDS
By the nature of our products no returns accepted, except in cases where the product comes defective manufacturing or material received does not correspond to that requested in your order. These returns must be made within 10 working days after the billing date, otherwise you will not be accepted for any reason. All returns require prior authorization and case number.
