What is the schedule of the stores?

 

The hours of opening and closure of our stores are:

Cancun, Mexico City, Centro I (Uruguay 82), Centro II (Uruguay 76), Centro III (Madero 28), Lomas de Chapultepec, Polanco, Col. Roma, Monterrey I (Calzada del Valle), and Mega Arcos Guadalajara Mineralia (Morelos 64). Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 pm

Mexico City: Coyoacan, Mall La Isla (Cancun), Playa de Carmen Playa del Carmen I and II. Monday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm

 

What products are in sale?

Our products have a retail price list, seeking to be the most accessible market. We also provided a section with discounts and promotions (Outlet), along with our Frequent Customer program.

 

When the products are redistribute in the case if it is sold?

Depending if it’s a product’s line or only is a product’s season. The product’s line normally takes to get about 6 weeks, while the products of a season is probably not return to work.

 

 

What levels of discounts are handled?

Our Frequent Customer Program managed various discount levels, ranging from 10% to 50% depending on the amount of your purchase. This program works with a personal card containing the name and customer number. How can I know if the products not available on a branch, they are available in other store?

The products usually end up with the demand for them, if any of them do not have a branch, probably are available in another store. In this case, you can consult the sales assessor it serves or the branch manager to help you locate it, if in stock.

 

Can you send me the material requested if my home is outside of Mexico City?

Yes, you can send products outside the Mexico City without any problem. Once we have the total order, it is packaged and is quoted by forward of your choice, you are given an account number to make the payment, and once done, we will send the package to your address.

 

How can I do an order if I do not live near any branch?

Do you manage the Franchise mode?
